Abstract
本計畫以大面積製備鈣鈦礦之控溫型刮刀塗佈方法為基礎,藉由合成並導入鈣鈦礦量子點來改善鈣鈦礦吸光層與電洞傳遞層介面,並建構電池的雙背電場效應,提升鈣鈦礦太陽能電池的效率與穩定性,再搭配設計grid type鈣鈦礦太陽能模組強化電流收集技術,以製備大面積高效率模組,計畫目標開發能夠應用於低軌衛星或太空用太陽能電池。此計畫所開發技術對於國內太陽能相關產業的技術提升將有所幫助,以及其延伸應用也提供另一個選項。
