Abstract
角膜鹼灼傷病變乃全球日益普及之重大眼疾之一,且病因極為複雜。雖然該領域之疾患緩解用藥療法持續發展中,鹼灼傷臨床醫學仍有病徵根源不良反應與藥物生物可利用率過低等亟待解決之環節。本計畫所開發的奈米醫藥不僅可擴增生醫材料學術專業,同時亦頗具市場規模與商化潛力。計畫衍生之新穎藥物劑型也將有助於提升社會醫療照護效益。
