Abstract

本研究計畫提出了一項光熱式珠粒上核酸增幅試驗技術,該技術係簡單地以一站式的方式,利用接合特殊抗體與引子且具有光熱及磁性的奈米粒子,來進行樣品前處理、光熱式珠粒上恆溫式圈環形核酸增幅、及後續利用側向流快篩試紙來進行檢測。在核酸增幅試驗中,與傳統的聚合酶連鎖反應技術或恆溫式圈環形核酸增幅技術相比,本項技術的優勢在於操作簡單、操作時間減少、且設備需求減少。最重要的是,它的檢測性能(尤其是檢測特異性)可以大幅提高。這些優勢使得該項技術成為即時檢驗應用的理想技術平台。整體而言、本項技術可應用於任何需要快速且精確的細菌/病毒/細胞檢測領域 (例如: 醫療、環保、食安、工業製程控制、犯罪偵查、或生物防恐)。
