Abstract

本計畫是延續本人109 年科技部計畫 (計畫名稱：開發金屬酞菁染料之蛋白質晶片並應用於大腸癌早期診斷與預後追蹤，計畫編號：MOST 109-2221-E-182-012-) 的內容，擬開發金屬酞菁染料之蛋白質晶片並應用於大腸癌早期診斷與預後追蹤。目前結果顯示：將電解液濃度、成分及成膜條件進行最佳化後，Au/CuNc電極的線性偵測範圍變成0.1pg/mL~10ng/mL、靈敏度提升到52.96 μA/log(pg/mL)-cm2。以上結果驗證了本計畫用於偵測抗原蛋白是可行的。
