Abstract

在社會效益方面,開發一般的民眾皆可自行在家或方便醫療人員實施檢測之方法,可以最大限度的預防和提早發現癌前病變,降低癌症的發病率,減少病人身體上的痛苦和家庭經濟上的壓力,並提高病患的生活品質。在經濟效益上,主要技術將規劃專利布局策略,未來可轉移給國內生技試劑開發廠商,藉此提升本計畫所開發的技術競爭性和附加價值,打破國外廠商壟斷之局面,拓展臺灣廠商之國際化市場。在學術發展上,尚未有唾液用於肺癌診斷相關產品問世,此技術之開發將可提供一種操作簡單、費用低廉且病患樂於接受的非侵入式分析檢測方法,並藉此提升臺灣於該領域上之學術研究水準。
