Abstract

抽取羊水進行羊膜穿刺檢查的人數逐年增高,是現行高齡孕婦或者有基因缺陷的孕婦常規的檢查之一,主要目的是在檢測唐氏症的染色體異常。根據統計,進行羊膜穿刺後,胎兒流產的機率不會超過千分之三;因此在本研究為臨床和基礎醫學研究的跨領域方向,我們想要先建立高靈敏度的代謝圖譜偵測分析方法,接著藉由羊水中蛋白體與代謝體學的整合分析,期望能找出與第21對染色體三倍體綜合症相關的分子機制與其形成的原因,進而達到了解第 21 號染色體三體綜合症與胎兒水腫關聯性之來源,開發未來預防學的目的,獲得更合乎臨床需求的學術成果,也為將來其他產科相關研究題目提供分析方法學的架構。
