Abstract

這項研究的主要目的為開拓擴散磁共振成像在動作相關神經退化性疾病之認知退化應用性。我們結合先前的研究、專利與國際合作的成果,進行一個設計良好並補強先前不足之處的研究,使用磁共振成像提供帕金森氏症認知退化診斷與預後預測之科學實證。整合人工智慧與機器學習方法,應用在影像分析技術上,期望能找出對於帕金森氏症認知退化之臨床症狀明顯改變的特定大腦灰質或白質特徵。我們預期帕金森症患者認知退化之診斷與排除能有更好的精確率,臨床預測的確立將有助於標記哪類患者最能從特定介入中受益最多,最終提高生活品質。研究結果也將提表有價值的影像生物標記,以支持被提出來解釋帕金森症患者認知退化問題和治療性變化的神經作控制機制。
