此產學合作計畫與新漢智能攜手合作將系統導入該智慧製造示範場域，打造台灣智慧製造，推動整廠工業 4.0 之系統解決方案。透過成立新創公司，以推展工業 4.0 為核心策略，培養跨領域資訊科技人才、高階研究人才與先進製造人才，發展適合台灣產業結構和核心的製造戰略。
