Abstract

本計劃深入探討腸病毒71 型感染宿主細胞後，利用其中 IQGAP1 蛋白，協助病毒於宿主細胞內複製胞器的形成，進而影響到腸病毒71型的複製，也將使用抑制此蛋白的藥物，探討抑制病毒的效果，對於開發抗腸病毒臨床藥物的研究有所幫助。
