Abstract

家屬提供癌症末期病患主要日常照顧，為臨終照顧體系重要一環，但造成家屬喪親前後龐大心理負荷，進而影響社會與醫療成本，本研究結果可提供臨床介入措施及健康政策發展的方向，以促進醫療專業人員與家屬之間的溝通，降低喪親家屬不良之「未完成事宜」與「喪親後悔」潛在型態，促進家屬成功的調適哀傷過程及降低喪親後之憂鬱與延長性哀傷，將可達喪親家屬健康及減低社會支出的雙贏利益。
