Abstract

執行本計畫之目的在於探討DLK1在高級別漿液性卵巢上皮癌中調節癌症幹細胞所扮演的角色，闡明DLK1調節化療抗藥性的功能，並探討DLK1在高級別漿液性卵巢上皮癌中免疫調節的功能。此研究之成果將能深入明瞭DLK1/Notch1路徑對於調節腫瘤微環境的關鍵功能，並評估以血清中的DLK1表現量作為非侵入式的生物標記來預測卵巢癌患者預後的潛力。最後，本計畫之執行將可了解，針對DLK1的作用劑未來是否可能作為治療惡性卵巢癌的標靶藥物。
