Abstract

本研究將思覺失調症病人與其主要照顧者視為互相依賴且彼此影響的配對單位。研究結果將協助醫護人員了解思覺失調症病人與其主要照顧者之心理健康素養、自我污名化、求助態度與健康相關生活品質隨著時間而改變的相互關係及第三個月所測得的自我污名化對第一次測得的心理健康素養和六個月後的求助態度關係所產生的中介影響。希冀此研究所獲得的資訊可作為提供以病人和家庭為中心的護理照護,以期改善病人及照顧者之心理健康素養、自我汙名化、求助態度與健康相關生活品質之參考。
