Abstract

本研究將思覺失調症病人與其主要照顧者視為互相依賴且彼此影響的配對單位。研究結果將建立具有良好心理計量特徵之中文版心理健康素養量表,可提供思覺失調症病人與其主要照顧者和社區民眾全面的心理健康素養評估。另外,研究結果亦協助醫護人員了解(a)思覺失調症病人與其主要照顧者之心理健康素養、求助態度與健康相關生活品質的相互關係及自我污名化在心理健康素養和求助態度關係扮演中介的角色和(b)心理健康素養、自我污名化、求助態度與健康相關生活品質隨著時間而改變的相互關係。希冀此研究所獲得的資訊可作為提供以病人和照顧者為中心的護理照護,以期改善其求助態度與健康相關生活品質之參考。
