Abstract

本計畫將對於polyQ-AR上的泛素修飾如何調節DNA損傷修補和產生異常的轉錄作用提供新穎的見解。目前對於KD/SBMA疾病是支持性的治療尚無治癒方法，我們預期蛋白降解靶向嵌合體(PROTACs)的開發在臨床上將具有治療KD/SBMA的潛力。由於許多polyQ蛋白退化性疾病與DNA損傷形成有關，本研究成果將有助於針對polyQ蛋白引起的退化性疾病開發新型的標靶藥物。
