Abstract

對於40歲及以上無糖尿病且無心衰竭的缺血性中風伴AF患者中,如果SGLT2抑制劑加標準治療方案相比僅標準治療有更好的療效且有差不多的安全性,那這群病人除了使用直接口服抗凝劑(DOAC)等標準療法之外,加上SGLT2抑制劑能提供額外的好處。
