Abstract

利用此(人工合成結膜及皮膚組織)可以:(1) 研究表皮細胞在特定環境下的生長及分化;(2) 研究如何強化膠原素及纖維母細胞間之聚合, 和最適合表皮細胞生長及分化之環境;(3)利用 表皮細胞之分化的現象,可以應用於研究EB病毒 之體外感染之機轉.並可利用感染後之熔9工合 成皮膚組織誾e反轉來研究表皮之分化及病毒 基因表現之關係;(4)最終之目的,將可以利用改 良後的(人工合成結膜及皮膚組織)來研究臨床 上皮膚傷口之修補及癒合機轉.
