Abstract

本研究為第一個發展譫妄自我效能和批判性思考技能量表,及探討譫妄模擬情境教學對加護病房護理人員在譫妄知識、譫妄自我效能、譫妄批判性思考技能和滿意度成效之縱貫性隨機臨床試驗研究。預期研究結果對社會影響是藉由提升加護病房護理人員譫妄知識和技能的能力,降低譫妄病患後續短期和長期在生理和心理的影響,早日回歸社會工作;在經濟方面的影響是可以降低醫療成本;在學術影響部分是藉由發表,展開對國內外譫妄評估教育的對話交流及其學術影響力。
