Abstract

本研究計畫之目的是採用質量混和性研究方法,探討症狀處置健康資訊化及彈力帶抗阻居家運動策略在食道癌術後病患的生活品質及肌少症之成效。第一階段先採質性研究方法了解病患術後症狀處置之經驗及需求,作為下一階段介入措施之依據;之後以健康資訊化症狀處置和抗阻運動,了解生活品質、食道癌症狀和肌少症之成效。預期研究結果可以增加病患和臨床專業人員之溝通、增加病患症狀處置能力、減少營養問題,增進生活品質,進而減少醫療成本,也能將研究結果發表,展開與國際之對話。
