Abstract

膝部骨關節炎對於老年病人的影響甚巨。然而現今並無以病人治療喜好為依據，針對各期膝部骨關節炎老年病人及家屬的整合性健康照護方案。我們將修訂我們先前已開發之膝部骨關節炎拒絕接受醫師建議開刀老年病人的整合性介入方案，並檢測新方案對於減少膝部骨關節炎老人的疼痛、增進其身體功能、緩解情緒困擾、和促進生活品質的成效。此介入方案之後可能可以應用於臨床情境，以幫助其他的老年膝部骨關節炎病人。
