Abstract

心臟衰竭為心臟疾病的末期病程發展,常伴隨其他共病症的發生。因免疫功能障礙繼起之感染問題,是造成心臟衰竭患者死亡的重要因素之一。運動訓練可改善心臟衰竭患者神經、內分泌與免疫功能;而血管張力素受體-腦啡肽酶抑制劑 [ARNI] 兼具血管擴張、降血壓與減少水分滯留等藥理效益,兩者皆能降低此類患者的再住院率與死亡率。淋巴球執行免疫功能優劣與其粒線體代謝途徑轉換效率有關。因此,本計畫目的為探究 [ARNI合併監督式運動治療對心臟衰竭患者之淋巴球粒線體功能與其免疫調節的影響]。據此,本研究目標是期望設計一套安全而有效的藥物合併運動治療策略,以有效提升心臟衰竭患者之免疫功能與生活品質,進而改善其病程的發展。
