Abstract

我們的主要方法將應用採用PS設計,以復制隨機觀察到的變量,使選擇偏差(selection bias)最小化,並減少來自非隨機治療組比較的因果推斷(causal interference)。將這種嚴格的方法應用於現實世界數據,使我們能夠解決以前CPAP或牙套治療RCT的兩個主要缺點:1)將嗜睡的OSA患者列入研究,以及2)評估CPAP或牙套治療對患有OSA的患者長期縱向預後的真正益處(相對於非使用者)。了解CPAP或牙套對各種OSA亞型之間24hMBP和心血管生物標誌物的不同作用,是邁向個人化( personalized)OSA治療的重要一步。
