Abstract

隨著台灣社會的現代化及高齡化,睡眠障礙與腸道健康是影響老化的兩大重要因素,分別影響免疫與代謝甚鉅。睡眠與腸道兩者之間有密不可分的關係,除了反映慢性發炎的程度之外,也與許多退化性疾病相關,致有「inflammaging」的提出。此研究計畫可說明腸道發炎狀態如何受到睡眠間斷的影響,並透過這個窗口釐清恢復性睡眠和針灸對炎性腸道的重建與腸道微生物的恢復作用,並以中醫的角度提供可能的治療方案,減輕疾病帶來的社會成本、提昇針灸在預防醫學的角色。
