Abstract

慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)病程發展常伴隨血中免疫細胞數量降低和分佈比例改變,導致免疫功能低下,顯現持續性、多發性感染和系統性炎症。再則,COPD所誘發的高氧化壓力,亦可能使紅血球流變特性受損,引發繼發性循環功能障礙。然而,COPD患者因通氣限制和肌肉功能減退,限制患者執行較高功率的運動治療。離心運動相較向心運動,能夠在較低心肺與代謝負荷下,有效改善健康相關體適能與生活品質。據此,本系列計畫將探究 [智慧化離心運動訓練對COPD患者之淋巴細胞免疫功能與紅血球流變特性的影響」。本研究目標是期望能針對COPD患者設計一套「安全而有效」離心運動策略,全面性提升其心肺/肌適能、免疫與循環功能以及生活品質
