Abstract

人類Thymidine kinase之表現,是具細胞週期性的 .我們實驗室最近發現在細胞生長週期的過程, 在不同時期,Thymidine kinase會被不同磷酸化反應 所修飾,而在不同種的細胞內,均可觀察到 Thymidine kinase在細胞分裂前,是呈現高度磷酸化 的.同時,在該期間,此酵素對其反應基質, Thymidine的親和力下降了十倍,因此根據這些發 現,我們作了一假設:"Thymidine kinase在細胞分裂 前,呈現高磷酸化之作用,目的在提供一減弱機 制,以避免細胞在該階段合成不必要的dTTP".
