Abstract

本計畫系統性探討三種高熵合金薄膜(HEACs)從純BCC相變化為FCC氮化物相結構的臨界氮含量,以及氮含量對於薄膜機械性質、抗蝕能力與電催化特性的影響,建立相關資料庫成為發展高硬度、抗腐蝕、高效率電催化之高熵合金氮化物薄膜的指引,並開啟含氮HEACs電催化特性的研究,期能符合聯合國永續發展「SDG7-可負擔的潔淨能源」之目標,有機會投入研究開發最具自然界綠能之水電解反應的高效率電催化材料,為達到零碳排,開發環境友善之綠能貢獻心力。同時期望能拓廣台灣之光-「高熵合金」薄膜材料的資料庫與應用領域,並增強我國HEACs科技研究與產業應用的技術水準。
