Abstract

節律性聽覺指示結合當代中風復健常用的認知雙重任務行走訓練為當前學術與臨床領域之創新結合治療。本計畫將採用電腦科技給予中風個案節律性聽覺刺激及認知訓練,增強跑步機行走訓練改善中風個案步態參數的成效,結合節律性聽覺刺激及認知行走訓練以開發臨床有效的科技輔助復健療法。研究成果預期可對中風步態復健的學術、臨床及社會經濟面向產生重要影響。學術面向上,本計畫將探討此創新合併療法如何透過步行速度、步行耐力及雙重任務行走與認知能力提升、以協助患者社區行走功能恢復及重返社會參與活動。臨床應用面向上,預期可提供中風患者最合適的創新合併介入模式,以促進步行功能、認知功能、雙重任務行走自動化、社會參與及生活品質恢復。
