Abstract

精準運動處方(PEP)能夠提高身體活動,減輕癌症治療的疲勞和惡病質並改善檢康生活質量,同時也可改善自然殺手細胞的免疫功能和其粒線體生物能量,進而改善腫瘤微環境走向抗癌機制。本團隊將PEP的理念融入智慧科技化管理,開發智慧化環狀運動管理系統,有效管理患者運動劑量和訓練成效,降低訓練風險。目前尚缺乏相關研究探討智慧化環狀運動策略對乳癌患者之自然殺手細胞的粒線體生物能量及免疫功能的影響。這項研究結果預期能藉由自然殺手細胞的生物指標特徵,找出合適的乳癌PEP,並設計一套安全而有效的乳癌運動治療的策略,全面性提升乳癌患者之體適能、免疫功能與生活品質,進而改善其病程的發展。
