Abstract

心血管疾病是世界各國人民最常見的疾病. 在我國,它與十大死因之腦中風、心臟病及高 血壓有相當密切的關係.這些疾病的產生與血 管內皮細胞受損、血管過度收縮、血管平滑肌 細胞過度增生及血小板過度活化有密切的關係 .因此,藥物能使血管鬆弛、抑制平滑肌細胞增 生及抗血小板凝集者對上述疾病具有防治的療 效.在先前的預試驗中,我們發現黃荊、刺花椒 幹皮及降真香具有極強的抗血小板凝集的作用 ;本計畫的主要目的是探討黃荊、刺花椒幹皮 及降真香等植物活性成分對大鼠胸主動脈及血 管平滑肌細胞增生的影響.
