Abstract

接受血液透析之末期腎臟疾病(ESRD-HD)的患者,常伴隨血栓生成增加和免疫功能障礙,易引發慢性炎症、感染和心血管疾病而增加死亡率。血栓形成與免疫反應與其血小板與淋巴球功能之粒線體生物功能有關。目前尚缺乏相關研究探討監督式運動治療對此患者血小板與淋巴球之粒線體功能與其血栓形成和免疫功能的影響。據此,本團隊欲比較不同有氧適能的ESRD-HD患者之血小板與淋巴球之粒線體功能和其血栓/免疫反應的相關性。並深入探討監督式運動治療對此患者血小板與淋巴球之粒線體功能與其血栓/免疫反應的影響。這項研究結果預期能協助ESRD-HD患者設定適當的運動計畫,改善其有氧適能,同時增強免疫功能並降低血栓形成的風險。
