本研究成果將延伸並突破失智症前驅期與臨床前期之介入訓練，減少惡化為失智症或延緩失智症的產生，有助於國內外認知障礙疾病連貫性治療的研究發展、瞭解非藥物合併式治療的治療成效，充實合併式體能與認知介入之實證基礎，開啟失智症前驅期與臨床前期非藥物介入之先河。
