Abstract

探討AZ61鎂合金經鎳-硼/銅及鉻-碳/銅防護電鍍後之耐蝕與機械(硬度、結合性、耐磨耗、拉伸及疲勞)性質。鎂合金已廣泛應用於輕質工程材料,但因其不耐腐蝕,所以應用時必需表面處理。本計畫即以申請人多年所開發技術,表面經電鍍可獲得一均勻銅鍍層,再電鍍鎳-硼或鉻-碳防護鍍層,即可應用。本計畫擬瞭解電鍍鎂合金之耐蝕與機械性質,這在推廣鎂合金應用十分重要。技術可提供給國內相關廠商,亦可將研究結果發表於SCI期刊。
