Abstract

本研究為主持人目前一年期國科會計畫「透過解析AR的非經典角色探索治療誘導型神經內分泌攝護腺癌的中間狀態」的延續。在該計畫的支持下,我們獲得了關鍵性的初步數據,成功建構了本提案的理論基礎與實證依據。本研究進一步聚焦於全面闡明AR在譜系轉分化過程中的分子機制,特別是AR與表觀遺傳因子CXXC4-TET2在抗藥性轉分化攝護腺癌中所扮演的基因重編程作用。研究成果將為開發針對晚期抗藥性攝護腺癌的潛在治療標靶提供重要的學理基礎。
