Abstract

我們準備進行(1)細胞全基因RNA seq與甲基化關聯性實驗、(2) 病人心房檢體基因表現與甲基化關聯性驗證，以及(3)心房顫動小鼠去甲基化藥物使用。我們希望經由這個研究，對於心房顫動造成心房重塑的表徵遺傳，能有更深入的認識，將來有助於發展新藥治療心房顫動或減緩心房重塑。
