社會影響:1. FEES可在社區執行,本研究可提升國家高齡者健康政策的執行成效。2. 發展更精準的吞嚥困難治療流程,可提升吞嚥困難治療的成效,下降國家對吞嚥困難病人的醫療及照護成本。 經濟影響:1. FEES較簡便準確,若能評估吞嚥困難原因,吞嚥內視鏡勢必成為吞嚥困難檢查的主流工具,可推動鼻咽內視鏡相關醫療產業發展。2. FEES搭配吸入風險較低的間接吞嚥訓練,有機會讓吞嚥困難的評估與治療在居家執行。可推動相關居家醫療產業的發展。 學術影響:1. 建立以FEES評估吞嚥後食物殘留的研究模型,可應用於各種病因吞嚥困難的研究。2. 建立以FEES引導間接吞嚥訓練的方法,可應用於各種病因吞嚥困難治療的相關研究。
