Abstract

來至於手術或放射線治療後產生的淋巴水腫病症日益劇增，從臨床手術的治療方面，仍然無法完全根治，病患必須面對四肢腫脹或是需要長期穿戴壓力輔具。目前組織工程是另一種可以提供替代的解決方案。此計畫將開發一個結合蠶絲-GelMa水凝膠、生長因子和LEC的組織工程淋巴管塊來運用於淋巴管再生。這些創新的組織工程淋巴管塊具有新生成的淋巴管網絡可運用於治療淋巴水腫。除了之外，組織工程淋巴管塊具備了淋巴管網絡，可作為評估針對抗淋巴管生成的癌症藥物提供了一個獨特的平台。這項為期三年的研究將深入了解組織工程淋巴管塊於淋巴管修復的能力，並檢測可否作為抗癌藥物篩檢的效能。
