Abstract

人類TIAM2S在腦部組織中為神經元特異蛋白,同時參與調控血清素的機制。而過度表現的TIAM2S亦同時造成於神經發炎相關疾病與血清素的調控增加,亦會有神經性行為發展的變異,然而TIMA2S介導的膠質細胞活化與serotonin之間的相互作用如何調節神經炎症尚不清楚,亦需要更多的研究加以佐證。故本計畫將結合主動穿透血腦障壁之奈米製劑、多參數磁振造影應用、及動物行為模式於TIAM2S TG動物神經發炎疾病模式提供有效的治療診斷技術平台,藉由大腦細胞微環境與分子改變作為神經發炎之診斷與治療評估,以瞭解疾病發生機轉並期給予奈米製劑發展與臨床前基礎研究上之幫助。
