Abstract

本研究利用台灣健保大數據，透過目標試驗模擬 (TTE) 的方式，評估不同抗血栓藥物對於急性缺血性中風患者的療效與安全性。相較於傳統隨機對照試驗，TTE 能以較低的成本，提供更真實且大規模的真實世界證據，補足傳統試驗的限制。研究結果可協助：臨床醫師根據患者特性，選擇最佳的抗血栓藥物，並提前預警潛在副作用。醫療政策制定者改善醫療政策，優化醫療資源分配。學術界方面提供重要研究數據，促進醫學研究與創新。整體而言，此研究展現了台灣健保大數據在醫學研究上的潛力，期望提升中風患者的預後，並對全球醫療發展做出貢獻。
