Abstract

肥胖是現今重要的慢性發炎疾病，與糖尿病、心臟血管、肝臟疾病及癌症等重要疾病密切相關，對於健康跟經濟造成巨大的負擔，因此如何改善肥胖是重要的議題。本團隊已發現戈氏副擬桿菌可以改善肥胖，此計畫將持續探討機制和開發活性成分作為藥物標的。對於提昇學術水準、熱絡生技產業，促進社會發展及經濟開發都將有重要貢獻。
