Abstract

糖尿病腎病變是目前台灣引起末期腎病變的主因,末期腎病變病患透析治療後2年死亡率高達50%。初步結果顯示合併丹酚酸B及低能量震波治療糖尿病腎病變大鼠顯著的降低糖尿病腎病變大鼠的微量白蛋白到接近正常大鼠的微量白蛋白,並能夠促進受損足細胞再生。從這些初步研究成果和預期結果看來,合併丹酚酸B及低能量震波治療糖尿病腎病變病人是有潛力可以提供糖尿病腎病變病人更有效的療法來降低糖尿病腎病變病人的死亡率。
