Abstract

肝癌為台灣國病且致死率相當高;肝癌的發展與惡化與肝臟纖維化/硬化導致之微環境改變息息相關。現今治療肝臟纖維化/硬化或肝癌化療藥物效果不佳且造成醫療資源之重大負擔;因此,開發另類或輔助治療藥物對提昇患者生活品質、降低醫療成本至為關鍵。本計畫以系統生物學深入研究加味逍遙散防治肝臟纖維化/硬化進而控制肝癌惡化之功效與其分子機制;突顯中醫藥多標靶與低毒性之特性並為學術研究提供重要基礎;對於診斷治療、新藥開發或產業升級皆有正面助益。
