Abstract

腸道真菌相失衡見於許多發炎性疾病，近年更指出與新冠病毒感染重症相關。發炎疾病中的腸道真菌相失衡以念珠菌增生為主要表徵，並可能與念珠菌毒素因子表現相關。本計畫將闡明念珠菌毒素因子表現對該菌腸道共生之影響與潛在分子機制，並進一步了解這些毒素因子加劇發炎疾病的機轉，並期許發展治療與腸道真菌相失衡相關之發炎性疾病的策略。
