Abstract
本計畫針對質譜數據的大規模資料分析與峰值框選AI模型開發，應對傳統人工檢核無法滿足高通量需求的挑戰。計畫重點包括整合公開與內部數據，開發自動化數據清洗與篩選抽樣介面，並基於多模態大型語言模型發展峰值框選算法，研究AI模型在多種不同數據的泛用性，我們也將建立Chromatographic Data Portal提供數據篩選、抽樣、製作通用的benchmarking dataset與視覺化模組。預期成果為建立標準化質譜數據處理流程，提升框選效率與準確性，並推動AI技術在生物醫學研究中的應用。
