Abstract

本計畫旨在發展畢達哥拉斯模糊似然性函數,建立新穎之似然度導向決策模式,據以處理不確定環境下多重準則決策問題。複雜決策過程中,決策者常受到諸多不確定因素,如信息不對稱、情緒、社會因素或社會經濟變化等影響,導致蘊含主觀判斷之決策資訊帶有含糊性與多重不確定性。本計畫根據畢達哥拉斯模糊理論,以隸屬程度、非隸屬程度、游移不定程度、承諾強度與承諾方向性等五個面向描繪不確定資訊,為信息屬性的陳述提供更多樣之選擇方式。本計畫考慮參數化機制與決策者態度,發展新型態之似然性函數,以建立畢達哥拉斯模糊似然度導向決策模式、模糊偏好排序組織方法等,並應用於醫療區塊鏈服務供應商評選問題,提升發展方法之學理與實務應用價值。
