Abstract

在臨床師資培育的過程中會看到一些困難,並在評鑑評核基準和項目中可知教學型主治醫師制度之重要性。收集各院教學型主治醫師制度做分析並調查教學型主治醫師對這制度的滿意度和建議。新冠肺炎席捲全球,學校採用各種線上教學,本研究亦調查疫情下教學型主治醫師之教學自我效能和對疫情下教學的看法。研究成果期能供各醫院和教育相關單位作為教學型主治醫師制度規劃或修改之參考。以期發展妥善和優質的制度,讓臨床教師有更大的動力傳承寶貴知識及經驗給醫學生,進一步提升醫學教育的品質。在疫情下之教學專業發展情形也能提供各醫學校院、教育相關單位、學術研究者以及教師們參考。
