Abstract

更年期時骨質疏鬆症的發生和困擾會深深地影響婦女的生活品質,因此,需發展e化健康的骨質疏鬆症自我管理計劃,以幫助更多更年期婦女能掌握自己的健康狀況,獲得更妥善的照護,減少醫療資源的浪費,能促進照護之成效。由此更能激發醫療政策決策者採取此措施,希望在未來此eOSM計劃將成為骨質疏鬆症更年期婦女可運用的治療選擇之一,最終能成為遠距健康照護管理計劃的一部分。
