Abstract

費城染色體陰性之骨髓增生性腫瘤(MPN)是造血幹細胞異質性衍生之克隆疾病,其特徵是分化的骨髓細胞過度增生。除了眾所周知的白血病轉化傾向外,MPN患者還容易衍生源自不同胚層的第二種癌症(SC),嚴重影響患者的生活品質。於此計畫,我們將透過全外顯子定序,鑑別患有SC的MPN患者是否存在特定基因組變異,並且探究發炎相關之訊息路徑的變化。本計畫期望能闡明基因組變異及發炎訊號是否成為 MPN 衍生其他腫瘤的橋樑。研究成果將有助於說明MPN衍生SC的潛在分子發病機制,同時為我們如何實施新的治療策略以中斷這種不良聯結提供重要的見解。
