Abstract

本計畫旨在探討雄激素受體在攝護腺癌細胞中，於藥物治療後所產生之神經內分泌轉分化作用中間時期所扮演的非經典角色。了解雄激素受體是否透過非經典轉錄活性促進品系轉分化。本研究也將評估新型雄激素受體蛋白降解藥物，對轉分化攝護腺癌的抗癌效力，或延遲惡性轉分化進展之可能。上述成果將對未來針對耐藥性及轉分化攝護腺癌的臨床治療及藥物應用提供新的策略基礎。
