Abstract

臨床上免疫治療對於癌病人是未來趨勢之一,但只有10-30%的病人具有療效反應,如何增進免疫治療療效是臨床重要課題之一。放射治療除直接抑制癌細胞生長,亦會促使癌細胞表達干擾素,可活化及聚積T細胞於腫瘤治療部位,有利於免疫治療CD8+T細胞消除癌細胞。本研究將釐清放療活化T細胞的作用機轉並於「冷腫瘤」鼠中評估放射治療合併免疫治療的治療效果,並開發免疫抗癌藥物,將有助於未來發展精準癌症個人化治療。
