Abstract

過去因口腔癌前病變組織的取得不易與組織高異質性等因素,限制了對癌前病變的研究與了解,然而對口腔癌前病變的了解決定了口腔癌防治的成果。本計畫利用組織空間體學技術跨越限制解析癌前病變細胞的生物現象,提供學術研究豐富的數據增加對癌前病變的了解。經驗證的生物標誌或胞外體亞型可開發為監控口腔癌的檢測試劑,兼具臨床檢驗與商業用途。此研究成果有助於監測口腔癌達到預防醫學之目的,亦可有效降低花費於癌症治療的社會與經濟成本。
