Abstract

本研究目的為探討活體肝臟捐贈者在手術後住院期間的疼痛、休息活動、以及進食狀況的恢復軌跡,分析在手術後住院期間與出院後追蹤期間變項間的影響關係。為描述相關研究,前瞻性長期追蹤設計,以方便取樣法選取納入接受活體肝臟捐贈者126位。以問卷、病歷紀錄、休息活動周期監測方式收集手術前、手術後住院期間(每天)、出院當天、以及出院後1、3、6、12個月的資料,研究預計進行3年。本研究探討的概念能夠呼應手術後促進康復ERAS照護的典範趨勢,在研究設計上納入手術後住院期間及出院後追蹤階段,能夠補足現有研究設計的落差,提供豐富的知識基礎,對於活體肝臟捐贈者的相關學術研究及臨床照護將有實質貢獻。
